إسكندر نجار محامٍ وكاتب لبناني. يشرف على الملحق الأدبي L’Orient littéraire. له روايات عدّة بالفرنسية تُرجِمَت إلى العربية، منها "مدرسة الحرب"، "جبران خليل جبران" الذي تُرجم إلى لغات عديدة. أشرف على "الأعمال الكاملة" لجبران الصادرة باللغة الفرنسية. ونال جوائز عدّة في لبنان وفرنسا، منها جائزة سعيد عقل، وجائزة آسيا للآداب، وجائزة من الأكاديمية الفرنسية. من إصداراته عن دار الساقي: "قاموس جبران خليل جبران"، قاموس لبنان"، "برلين 36".

إسكندر نجار (5 فبراير 1967 -) هو محامي وكاتب وروائي وشاعر وناقد أدبي لبناني يكتب باللغة الفرنسية. يعرف بغزارة إنتاجه الأدبي وتنوعه إذ كتب عدة روايات وقصص وكُتب في أدب المقالة ودواوين شعرية وسيَر. أعاد في 2006 إصدار ملحق لوريون الأدبي وهو ملحق أدبي تصدره جريدة لوريون لوجور كل شهر وأسس معرض الكتاب الفرنكوفوني في بيروت. ونال عدة جوائز من أهمها وسام الفنون والآداب من رتبة ضابط. النشأة والمسيرة ولد في بيروت وأنهى تعليمه الثانوي في مدرسة سيدة الجمهور بعدها قام بدراسة القانون في جامعة باريس 2 وهناك ...

Alexandre Najjar was born in Lebanon in 1967. A lawyer, novelist and literary critic, he has won many prizes for his writing.
