Lamia Moubayed Bissat (born March 27, 1967) is a Lebanese public servant. She has been serving as President of the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan since 2000. In 2018, the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA) selected Moubayed among the 24 experts to guide CEPA members on the agenda of 2030.
