Daisy Al-Amir (Arabic: ديزي الأمير), often referred to as simply Dayzi Amir, is an Iraqi writer, poet and novelist. She is author of The Waiting List: An Iraqi Woman's Tales of Alienation has renowned her as one of the leading female writers of Iraq.
