Merit Publishing House is an Egyptian publishing house, founded in 1998 by its founder, Mohamed Hashem. It is embraced a large number of Egyptian cultural figures, led by the late Ibrahim Mansour. Since its inception, it consolidated the notions of rationality, freedom of speech, thought, and creativity, through books and holding limited seminars and discussions. The publishing house opposes normalization and all forms of cooperation with the Israeli enemy. The house has undertaken a mission to continuously encourage and promote creative writing and has succeeded in presenting many creative voices that are now part of Egyptian culture.
